Return Policy
Do you need to return inventory to us?
Here is what we need to do that for you:
- All returns need to be authorized with an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Please Message, Email, or call us and we will be happy to provide you with this number. The RMA must be on the outside of the package. We do not accept unauthorized returns.
- All Products must be returned in new, resalable condition. Items with damaged packaging, shop stickers or sticker residue will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Shopworn items may not be returned.
- Customers are responsible for the replacement price of any missing parts. This cost will be deducted from your refund or credit.
- Discontinued items may not be returned.

Is your Package Missing?
Domestic Customers have 15 days from the shipping date to report an issue. International Customers have 30 days from the date of shipping to report an issue
Did we make a mistake?
You have 7 days from the receipt of your packaged to report any issues to us. Items reported outside of the 7 day grace period are not eligible for replacement.
