Please note we are authorized by HiyaHiya, Ltd to replace items covered under their warranty in North America only. If you are located outside of North America please contact the distributor for your region
Have a problem with your HiyaHiya needle? We will replace any HiyaHiya product which becomes unusable due to a manufacturing defect. HiyaHiya will not replace products that have been damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence. Products must be returned to the authorized distributor and the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Products that do not qualify for replacement cannot be returned without adequate return postage.
